I ordered the Think Yourself Thin program after someone sent me a link to a site offering it.
At first reading I thought how ridiculous that someone can lose weight by simply listening to an audio program. So I Googled ‘Adam Eason’ and saw that this man was world-renowned and the best there is in the UK. Then signed up for his blog and read what I can about Adam Eason on different sites.
But I was still unsure about it as I’ve tried countless weight programs over the years and none of them worked to my satisfaction. And this was a weight-loss audio program!
Well it was after 2 weeks that I decided to go for it and try this new way. I remember thinking that I will just be “motivated” by Adam to work it out and diet, etc. But I was surprised by the things Adam said.
I really don’t know exactly how the audio really works but in a matter of days I didn’t just grab what I wanted to eat. I also had almost a different perspective about being healthy and what feels good. It was almost a miracle.
